We retain order references, transaction identifiers, amounts and access records; card numbers, CVV and UPI PINs are not stored by Free Learning. Account, security and service emails may be recorded in administrative delivery logs. Contact support to opt out of optional promotional messages.
Leaderboards: Completing a test may include your name and score/time on its leaderboard. Guest viewers see masked names; signed-in viewers may see the name on your account. Contact support with privacy concerns about a displayed entry.
Retention and Requests: Account, learning, payment and security records are retained as needed to provide access, investigate disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. Request access, correction or deletion through the contact address below. Identity verification and required financial/security retention may limit immediate deletion; deleting browser storage does not delete server records.

Access and Offers: Paid access unlocks only after server-side payment verification. Mock attempts are timed and section rules apply as shown before starting. Automatic multi-test savings and coupon eligibility are calculated at checkout; discounts do not stack, and the better eligible discount applies. Coupons may have product restrictions, minimum spend, caps and expiry dates. New pricing or sales availability does not rewrite an existing order or remove previously purchased access. Historical purchases retain their applicable entitlements.
Pricing Transparency: All prices are displayed clearly on the respective product pages before purchase. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include all applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but any purchases made before the price change will be honored at the original price.

How to Request a Refund: If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions listed above, please contact us at contact@free-learning.in within 7 days of the issue occurring. Include your registered email address, purchase details, and a description of the problem. Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
Important Note: Change-of-mind or non-use requests are generally not eligible after digital access is supplied. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights. Review the product description and available Quick Test before purchasing.
This policy outlines the terms regarding cancellation of purchases made on Free Learning.
Digital Delivery: Purchased mock tests, study materials and previous year question paper collections are supplied online through your account after payment verification. No physical item is shipped. Verification can take longer if a payment response is delayed; do not make a duplicate payment while an existing order is being checked.
No Cancellation After Purchase: Due to the instant delivery nature of our digital products, cancellation requests cannot be processed once the payment is completed and access is granted.
Before Payment: You can close the payment window without completing payment. Closing the window does not itself cancel or reverse a payment already processed; an existing reserved checkout may remain available to resume.
Failed or Pending Payments: If money is debited but access is missing, keep the transaction reference and contact support. A closed or failed payment screen is not proof that no debit occurred. Your bank or payment provider controls reversal timing; we will investigate the recorded payment before asking you to retry.
